"I went to Æterna for a few procedures to my forehead as I had many frown lines in the area. It was my first time using botox and Ana was very careful, respectful and professional. Ana has exceptional knowledge in her field of aesthetics and certainly showed that when carrying out the procedures. "I had the Botox Allergan treatment with Æterna Aesthetics a week ago now. I took advantage of their 3 areas in the same session bundle discount and the results are just amazing.
Ana was extremely professional and reassuring through the entire process. She had a 25 minute conversation with me at the start where she explicitly indicated that someone of my age doesn’t necessarily need Botox but she was supportive of my endeavour to use the treatment for preventative purposes. She was so kind and asked me how I was feeling after every single tiny injection. Was a much better experience and treatment than the previous money-grabbing and speedy professionals I visited in the past

Although the results take 14 days to fully show, I have seen amazing results already and I am already booked in with Ana for my 14 day review where we will assess the results and make minor adjustments if they are necessary, which I am really looking forward to.

"As someone who’s had Botox and fillers over the last 10 years, Ana is the by far the best practitioner that I have ever received treatment from. I was quite anxious before my appointment because I was scared of the pain however, Ana was so gentle that it didn’t hurt near as much as it has done in the past with other practitioners. Obviously, it’s going to cause a little bit of a pinch, but it was so much more pain-free than previous experiences. She’s very professional and polite, makes you feel at ease with the whole process. She also gave me some really good advice. I have fillers in my lips from previous practitioners,but they are botched. I asked if she would fill them before my holiday but she recommended not to do that, and as much as I didn’t want to hear that I know that she’s looking out for my best interests. So I’m organising for her to dissolve this filler so she can start again to achieve the desired look without putting me at risk of the filler dispersing into the pockets where the old filler has collected into. Now onto the results of my treatment I received- they are seriously the best! And I’m due to have my review today where she will apply more Botox where needed, and again this is because she didn’t want to put too much in the first time to avoid heaviness over the eyes. She knows her stuff! Very very happy client and I will not be going to anyone else EVER. You pay for what you get that’s all I can say. Thank you Ana."
